Mizu Shotokan Karate-Do holds karate classes for all ages in West London.

Karate lessons for children and adults

Lessons for karate kids young and old on Saturday mornings during term time:

• 9:30-10:30 for white to green
• 9:30-11:15 for blue and above
• Venue: St Etheldreda's Church Hall in Fulham (how to get there)

Notes:

Karate Lessons for kids

• 18:30-19:30 every Monday evening

Karate lessons for adults

Adult karate lessons (and older children by invitation):

• 20:00-21:00 every Monday evening
• 20:00-21:30 every Thursday evening
• Venue: Kitson Hall in Barnes SW13 9HJ (how to get there)
