Mizu has lots of options for adults wishing to learn karate:

Scheduled classes

Mizu has a number of scheduled classes in West London and in Godalming, Surrey.

Bespoke Classes

Prefer not to train in a large group? Not sure is karate is for you? Want to test the water?

Mizu offers a range of bespoke lessons tailored to your needs:

• Individual or group classes
• At a time and place - home, workplace, dojo - to suit you
• Your choice of male or female instructor

Note that all of our instructors are black belt grade.
